成果简介	NOVELTY - Method for treating metachronous tumors of the tracheobronchial tree in patients radically operated on for lung cancer involves performing photodynamic therapy (PDT) by performing intravenous drip of Photoditazin(RTM: Photosensitizer) solution at the rate of 0.75 mg/kg, and treating the tumor area with laser radiation with a wavelength of 661-662 nm, and an output power of 1.3 W after 2 hours, where the total amount of energy used is 200 J, and the method further involves, at the beginning of the PDT session, analyzing the accumulation of the photosensitizer in the tumor and determining its boundaries using LESA-01 BIOTEK laser electron spectral device, and with the help of which, after the end of the PDT session, determining the photobleaching effect for the realized photodynamic effect by carrying out measurement in 1 mm increments from the center to the tumor borders at several points, and repeating the treatment if necessary. USE - The method is useful for treating metachronous tumors of the tracheobronchial tree in patients radically operated on for lung cancer.
