| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for producing sodium nucleinate nanocapsules in sodium alginate involves (a) adding sodium nucleinate to a suspension of sodium alginate in petroleum ether in the presence of citric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides (E472c) as surfactant with stirring at 800 revolutions per minute (rpm), where sodium alginate is used as shell, and sodium nucleinate is used as core, and the mass ratio of core to shell is 1:3, 1:2, or 1:1, (b) adding freon-112, and (c) filtering the obtained suspension and drying at room temperature. USE - The method is useful for producing sodium nucleinate nanocapsules in sodium alginate. |
