| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The assembly (100) comprises an electric vibration motor (106a,106b) to provide mechanical vibrations to a conveyor belt (18) to facilitate dropping of excess seedlings from each holding cup. A control panel (120) facilitates control of the operation of the vibration motor. The control panel has a motor driver (104a,104b) connected to each vibration motor through a wiring harness. A power switch (110) electrically connects a battery (118) to a control unit to allow supply of power from the battery to the control unit. A vibration control unit (112) facilitates a user to adjust the speed of rotation of the motor, and adjusts frequency of vibrations of the belt. USE - Electric vibrator assembly for tuber crop planting machine e.g. potato planting machine for planting potato seedlings such as seed potatoes, potato tubers and cut potatoes. ADVANTAGE - Enhances the efficiency of dropping excess crop seedlings from the holding cups. Reduces the possibility of doubling i.e. two seedlings being planted at a single spot, at different travel speeds. Increases the chances of singulation in planting and ensures that only one crop seedling is planted in one spot. Facilitates control of the belt vibration frequency. Enhances productivity of the plantation. Eliminates the problems of wheel slippage and the requirement of ground wheel movement which were encountered in the conventional vibration producing mechanisms.
