成果简介	NOVELTY - The complete removable denture has a base (1) with a shock-absorbing medium and artificial teeth (2). Projections of teeth 15,16,17,25,26,27 are formed with the possibility of placing tanks in the teeth with a bed of 25 mm long, wide 8 mm, 0.5 mm deep while the bed at the base along an entire perimeter including a ledge of 1 mm. A removable prosthesis is installed on the prosthetic bed in a mouth using a syringe with a cannula. Reservoirs (3) are filled with artificial saliva 2 ml each through a hole located in the projection of 17 and 27 teeth. A passive supply of artificial saliva from the reservoir occurs through two openings marked in a capsule of the reservoir from 4 to 6 hours. USE - Complete removable denture for upper jaw. ADVANTAGE - The improvement of complete removable lamellar denture for the upper jaw by structural changes in the basis of the prosthesis is provided by equipping it with reservoirs for artificial saliva, which restores the lost function of chewing and carries out substitution therapy with artificial saliva. The use of removable plate prosthesis for the upper jaw with reservoirs for artificial saliva with complete loss of teeth restores the function of chewing and speech production and reduces the risk of injury to the oral mucosa when wearing it due to the moistening during use.
