| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device is made of a nickel-titanium alloy with shape memory effects and super elasticity. A Y-shaped clip is made of a wire with a cross section of 1 mm. An inner portion has two branches in a state cooled to 0 degrees C and is closed independently, when the clip is heated to body temperature. An outer portion is in the form of two half-rings and has a jumper concave inward which serves as a place for fixing the clip on the end side of the interstoma spur with an interrupted suture. USE - Device for forming compression anastomosis in area of double-barreled enterostomy in children. ADVANTAGE - The device for creating a compression anastomosis in the area of a double-barreled enterostomy to prevent complications such as failure in the anastomotic area and slipping of the branches from the interstomal spur.
