成果简介	NOVELTY - The handheld sterilizing device comprises an elongated body (1) that has a proximal end (2), which is integrated with a sterilizing lamp (4) that emits ultraviolet lights over a chopping board that is to be sterilized. A timer unit is integrated within the body that activates the lamp for a pre-set time period selected by a user through a display unit (10). An image capturing module (5) is installed over the body, and linked to a processing unit. The processing unit recognizes stain marks over surface of the board visible while beaming the lights through the lamp, and sends a signal to the processing unit. The first chemical solution is preferably baking soda. A Universal Serial Bus port (9) is integrated within the body that allows the user to charge the battery. USE - Handheld sterilizing device for use in catering industry, and in kitchen for sanitizing and cleaning of chopping board used for chopping of vegetables, such as potato, and fruits. Can also be used in cuisine restaurants, and hospitality companies. ADVANTAGE - The handheld sterilizing device ensures hygienic chopping of edible products, and capable of disinfecting a surface in an effective manner, and precisely removes bad odor from a surface. The device performs cleaning of a surface in accordance with the dust and debris present over the surface, and prevents the user from contagious diseases by eliminating the infectious agents present over a surface.
