成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to surgical dentistry. Caldwell-Luc maxillary sinusotomy is performed under infiltration anaesthesia with a 4% articaine solution in an amount of at least 5 ml. The flap is shifted upwards using a raspatory. The periosteum is dissected at the base of the flap. Next, revision is performed, as well as antiseptic treatment of the maxillary sinus and the oroantral fistula of the tooth on the side of the sinus. Next, a drain sponge moistened with vaseline with an antibiotic is placed in the sinus cavity. A dental drill with a burr is then passed into the fistulous tract to remove granulation tissue and de-epithelise the fistulous lining. Next, the boundaries of a semilunar flap are formed vestibularly using a scalpel, splitting the flap on the vestibular side. Then the epithelial split flap is overturned and closed-sutured with the hard palate mucosa with U-shaped sutures. A tongue-shaped flap is formed on the palatine surface without touching the periosteum and laid on the formed defect on the vestibular side. The wound is then sutured with interrupted sutures. The stitches are removed after 10 to 14 days. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Possibility of closing an oroantral fistula with a two-layer flap, reducing the postoperative complications and avoiding additional interventions to eliminate deformities of the oral vestibule. 1 cl, 5 dwg
