成果简介	NOVELTY - The rotavator has a drive side plate and an external side plate with bend design. The side plates provide more strength to a part and less thickness for reducing weight, where thickness of structural part is kept less and taking the high strength material grade to make the rotavator best suitable in paddy and dry field applications. A frame consists of a sheet that is welded with the two plates on sides. Two pipes are welded to the plates that make the rotavator very strong. Two stiffeners are weld to the frame in the middle for holding the threepoint linkage assembly. A drive hub assembly holds a rotor assembly on the drive side plate. Small stiffeners are welded to the frame to hold a bonnet assembly. USE - Light weight rotavator for use with a tractor for puddeling and dry field applications i.e. paddy field and indry field applications. ADVANTAGE - The rotavator has high work efficiency and low fuel consumption due to light weight, and achieves higher strength to the structural components and construction of the desired machine. The side plates are designed with involvement of bending so as to improve the section modulus that makes the rotavator suitable to work in both paddy field and dry field. The drive side plate and external side plate have less weight because of the less thickness and high strength, high quality material and bend in design. The drive side plate with bend design is provisioned for providing more strength and less thickness for reducing the weight. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top view of an assembly.
