成果简介	NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to an impression dental implant for dental prosthetics and to a method for the installation thereof. The central part of the implant consists of plates connected axially with a 60 to 120° angle between them, vertical longitudinal channels for the administration of medicinal products through said channels and through holes for the removal of thereof. The pointed apical part of the implant is intended for cutting and spreading the bone tissue during the installation thereof. The coronal part comprises a neck, a coronal channel, and a container for the administration of medicinal products through said channel. The method for installation consists in preparing the bone bed, assessing the size thereof, then installing the impression dental implant by immersing the apical part first into the bone tissue by means of compression impression until the neck of the implant is inserted fully into the bone bed. USE - Dentistry. ADVANTAGE - Reduced drilling and milling depth in the bone tissue when preparing the bone bed for the implant, expanded total surface area of the implant in contact with the bone structure, reliable primary fixation of the implant in the bone tissue due to the eliminated gap between the implant and the bone structure, prevented micro-movements in the process of osseointegration, and lower trauma risk. 2 cl, 8 dwg
