Method for creating through microcavities for manufacturing microneedles, consisting in subjecting a workpiece made of a polymer material to laser radiation. Microcavities are formed in two stages, wherein at the first stage, a volumetric conical microcavity with preset dimensions is formed in the plate-shaped workpiece made of a polymer material in the direction from the upper to the lower plate surface, and at the second stage, a through channel is formed from the top of the created volumetric conical microcavity with preset dimensions to the lower plate surface. Herewith, a CO2 laser is used at the stage of forming the volumetric conical microcavity with preset dimensions, and a UV laser is used at the stage of forming the through channel.
