成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine and cosmetology and is intended for creating conical through microcavities used for manufacturing microneedles applied for transdermal delivery of cosmetic substances and medical products. Method for creating through microcavities for manufacturing microneedles, consisting in subjecting a workpiece made of a polymer material to laser radiation. Microcavities are formed in two stages, wherein at the first stage, a volumetric conical microcavity with preset dimensions is formed in the plate-shaped workpiece made of a polymer material in the direction from the upper to the lower plate surface, and at the second stage, a through channel is formed from the top of the created volumetric conical microcavity with preset dimensions to the lower plate surface. Herewith, a CO2 laser is used at the stage of forming the volumetric conical microcavity with preset dimensions, and a UV laser is used at the stage of forming the through channel.
