成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, namely abdominal surgery. Mobilization of the abdominal esophagus and the cardiac stomach is laparoscopically performed. Along the circumference of the cardia, at equal distances, three U-shaped sutures are applied on polypropylene mesh implants with the capture of the serous-muscular layers of the stomach and esophagus. At the same time, a needle is injected from the stomach side to 10-12 mm distal to the cardia with the capture of the serous-muscular layer towards the esophagus through the implant, the needle is injected after 5-7 mm. Then a needle is injected with the capture of the serous-muscular layer of the esophagus 10-12 mm proximal to the cardia, the needle is injected 5-7 mm through the implant. Further, retreating from the last needle injection by 10-12 mm parallel to the cardia, the needle is injected through the same implant and the needle is passed through 5-7 mm of the serous-muscular stitch. The suture is returned to the stomach, where a 5-7 mm grabbing of the serous-muscular layer and the previously applied first implant is made 10-12 mm distal to the cardia, completing the U-shaped suture. Then, under the control of a calibration probe, the sutures are tightened with the formation of an invagination fold at the junction of the esophagus into the stomach. Similarly, the remaining two U-shaped sutures are applied along the circumference of the cardia. USE - Medicine.
