成果简介	NOVELTY - The removable nozzle has an adjustable attachment to a head of the endodontic tip, made in the form of a stop and a clamp. Each of the stop and the clamp has a central hole. A tail section of the clamp includes an external thread interacting with an internal thread of annular sleeve. A tube with a channel is installed and configured to be connected to a device for supplying a medicamentous solution. The tube channel is connected to the cavity of a medicamentous solution reservoir installed on the outer side of the stop. The inner walls of the reservoir form a central hole for attaching an endodontic file in the head of the head. Outlet holes are made with the possibility of supplying the medicamentous solution on the outer end section of the reservoir. USE - Removable nozzle for drug treatment of root canal. ADVANTAGE - The medicated solution is simultaneously supplied to the root canal through a removable nozzle at the stage of instrumentation, which is installed on various types of endodontic tips intended for use with any nickel-titanium instruments, without the need the use of complex designs of endodontic tips with built-in channels for the drug solution.
