成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a stopper (2) that is made of a non-water-wetted medical silicone and covers the tube (1) for the supply of medicinal liquid and is made with longitudinal capillary holes. The stopper ensures the passage of gases and the retention of medicinal fluid, while the diameter of the plug of non-water-wetted medical silicone is selected from the condition of non-traumatic passage through the rectal sphincter, while the inner diameter of tube for supplying the medicinal liquid is 3 mm. The outer diameter of tube for supplying the medicinal liquid is 4 mm at the same time, and the stopper of non-wettable medical silicone is made of cylindrical width of 35 mm and a transverse recess 6 mm deep. The stopper forms a front peripheral wall 15 mm wide and a rear peripheral wall 5 mm wide, while in the front peripheral wall there are 8 evenly spaced capillary holes with a diameter 2.5 mm and in the rear peripheral wall there are 16 evenly spaced capillary holes with a diameter of 2.0 mm. ADVANTAGE - The device for medicinal rectal infusion in treatment of large intestine increases the efficiency of drug rectal infusion in the treatment of the large intestine and the efficiency of treatment.
