After the surgical manipulation, ultrasonic monitoring of the stent location, fetal heartbeat and blood flow in the umbilical artery is performed in the operating room. The next day after the operation, a second ultrasonic examination is performed, the condition of the fetus, the position of the stent, and the change in the size of the cystic formation in the lungs are evaluated.
