| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The dryer has a driven drum (1) with a conical perforated shell (2) installed in wet material loading area, where perforation size is smaller than characteristic particle size of a product. Inlet and outlet nozzles are provided for a heat carrier. The conical perforated shell is mounted on coil springs. Seals in a form of corrugated cuffs are installed in gaps with a body. The conical perforated shell is installed and vibrates on cylindrical springs (8). USE - Drum dryer. ADVANTAGE - The dryer mixes particles of the dried material in the volume, thus preventing sticking particles on the surface of the conical perforated shell and increasing main operating time and productivity. The dryer minimizes possibility of sticking of the material to be dried in area of free moisture removal to intensify process of heat and mass transfer between the material to be dried and the drying agent, to increase time of non-stop operation of the apparatus and to significantly increase drying speed.
