成果简介	NOVELTY - The multi-speed PTO system (100) has a first PTO input shaft (102), and a second PTO input shaft (104) freely mounted onto the first PTO input shaft in a concentric manner. A PTO output shaft (106) is positioned below the input shafts. A first driven gear (114) is freely mounted on the PTO output shaft and is rotatably connected to a first driving gear (108). Integrated second driven gear (116A) and third driven gear (116B) are freely mounted onto the PTO output shaft. A coupler (105) is mounted onto an end of the second PTO input shaft. A first shifter (118) is movably mounted onto a PTO pre-input shaft (101) and positioned in front of the coupler. USE - Compact multi-speed PTO system for transmitting power from an engine to an attached agricultural implement or a separate machine in an off-road vehicle i.e. tractor for performing multipurpose or high speed operations. . ADVANTAGE - The reverse gear changes the direction of rotation of the PTO shaft for clearing or loosening the clogged material or obstacles, thus reducing fatigue of operator and increases field productivity. The front-end lifting of the vehicle and noise in PTO are limited by reducing an overall length of PTO output shaft in multi-speed PTO system.
