成果简介NOVELTY - Visualization of parathyroid glands involves (i) preparing a suspension of carbon particles by preparing a solution containing 0.3-0.5 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone having a molecular weight of 10-60 kDa in sodium phosphate buffer as a solvent, and having a concentration of 0.9 wt.%, adding powder of carbon black particles having an average particle size of 20-80 nm and a heavy metal content of less than 5 ppm to the solution at a final concentration of 20-70 mg/ml, ultrasonically-treating twice for 20 minutes in an ultrasonic bath with a power of 240-600 W, stirring the mixture on a magnetic stirrer at room temperature for 6 hours to obtain particles having an average particle size of 120-250 nm, and filtering using a syringe filter with a pore size of 0.45 μ m to remove large aggregates, (ii) introducing the suspension into area of parathyroid glands, and (iii) performing intraoperative identification of parathyroid glands due to selective staining of tissues with the suspension.
