成果简介NOVELTY - The automated pillar plaster levelling device, has a U-shaped portable body (1) installed on a ground surface such that curved portion of the body encompasses a plastered pillar (2). The portable body includes an artificial intelligence based camera (3) coupled with an ultrasonic sensor fir detecting height and non-uniformity in plaster of the pillar. A flexible mold frame (4) is attached to the body by means of two telescopic rods (5), where based on output generated by the sensor, the microcontroller generates command to expand the rods to position the frame at a topmost end of the pillar. A pair of motorized rollers (6) are equipped with metallic chain (7) arranged on the body such that ends of the chain are pivoted on the platform. Omnidirectional wheels (8) attached beneath the body and operated by the microcontroller for moving the body around the pillar that helps in aligning the frame at different portions of the pillar, thus levelling plaster of the pillar uniformly. USE - Automated pillar plaster levelling device. ADVANTAGE - The automated pillar plaster levelling device is capable of levelling the plaster and concrete over the pillar according to the determined unevenness of pillar without any indulgence of manual labor, monitoring the thickness and uneven plaster over the curved surface in order align the device properly for performing levelling, monitoring the different portion of the surface in order to align the device accordingly for levelling plaster, and reducing time and manual efforts while levelling the plaster over surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The automated pillar plaster levelling device, has a U-shaped portable body (1) installed on a ground surface such that curved portion of the body encompasses a plastered pillar (2). The portable body includes artificial intelligence based camera (3) coupled with an ultrasonic sensor fir detecting height and non-uniformity in plaster of the pillar. A flexible mold frame (4) is attached to the body by means of two telescopic rods (5), where based on output generated by the sensor, the microcontroller generates command to expand the rods for positioning the frame at a topmost end of the pillar. A pair of motorized rollers (6) are equipped with metallic chain (7) arranged on the body such that ends of the chain are pivoted on the platform, where based on commands generated by the sensor and camera, the microcontroller rotates the rollers for unrolling the chain such that the frame is positioned on the pillar followed by rolling of the chain back to the rollers for generating tension on the frame leading to sliding of the frame from the topmost end to a bottommost end, that helps in leveling plaster on the pillar. Omnidirectional wheels (8) attached beneath the body and operated by the microcontroller for moving the body around the pillar that helps in aligning the frame at different portions of the pillar, thus levelling plaster of the pillar uniformly.
