成果简介NOVELTY - The device has a platform (1) arranged with multiple suction units (2). A suction unit (2) creates suction pressure to provide grip to the platform on a surface of a ground on which cattle to be dehorned is assembled. Multiple electromagnetic telescopic clamps (3) arranged with suction cups are installed on a slide (4) mapped on the platform. The electromagnetic telescopic clamps slide on the platform in pre-defined directions to magnetize to grip legs, neck, horns and lower abdomen of the cattle to prevent the cattle from sitting on the platform. USE - Automated cattle horn removal device. ADVANTAGE - The device control direction and characteristics of an agent to increase velocity when exiting the chamber so that each nozzle is controlled and operated by the microcontroller and works on electric power provided by an external source to desensitize the horns before applying heat or cutting the horns to prevent an animal from experiencing any pain during a procedure.
