| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has two holders for facing opposite to each other and holding hemisphere. A thin sheet separates the holders. A plate holds the hemisphere that falls from a chamber. A microcontroller connects the holders, the thin sheet and the plate, where the hemisphere starts moving at the holders by a vibration motor to flip and join the hemisphere to form a hollow sphere ball. The hollow sphere ball settles on the plate to weld with a ring. The microcontroller controls the plate to move to make silver anklet ring-bells. USE - System for automatically grafting silver anklet ring-bells by using mechanical actuators, a server motor and a stepper motor. ADVANTAGE - The system increases production of the ring-bells and decreases demand on labor work. The system is controlled by a microcontroller dexter board, thus solving problems in a real world. |
