| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves performing the endovideoscopic access, and installing the optical and working trocars in the retropubic space. The carboxyperitoneum is created under general anesthesia, and the blood vessels of the pelvic region are isolated. The adenomatous nodes are cut off from the urethra and placed in a container. The prostate gland capsule is sutured with a continuous suture with a V-lock thread. The hemostasis is performed in work area, and the mobilization of the anterior and lateral surfaces of the prostate gland is performed up to the intrapelvic fascia. The bladder neck is displaced with a predominance of blunt dissection after cutting off the adenomatous nodes from the urethra. The hemostasis of the bed of adenomatous nodes is monitored in the presence of bleeding vessels.
