成果简介	NOVELTY - Antiseptic treatment of the surgical field and preliminary hydropreparation with an anesthetic solution of the transitional fold are carried out. Then the mucous membrane of the oral cavity is dissected in the projection of the teeth 3.3–4.4 by 0.5 cm below the transitional fold. Next, the chin section, base and angles of the lower jaw are skeletonized 1–2 mm below the chin holes. A horizontal osteotomy is performed in the projection of the chin under the mandibular canal along the base of the body and the angles of the mandible. The osteotomized fragment is mesialized by 10–30 mm and fixed with screws and titanium H-shaped plates. In this case, the plates are pre-bent in accordance with the extension of the osteotomized fragment. The resulting diastasis is plastically replaced by autologous bone. The wounds are then sutured with 4/0 monofilament and a pressure bandage is applied. USE - Medicine; maxillofacial surgery.
