| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Anesthetic is administered under visual control after completion of the main stage of the operation from laparoscopic access with ongoing combined endotracheal anesthesia and pneumoperitoneum in the area of trocar punctures. The needle is inserted into the abdominal wall through a trocar puncture, passed through all layers to the preperitoneal space for aspiration using a syringe. After visualization of the needle tip from the side of the abdominal cavity in the preperitoneal space, the needle is gradually withdrawn with a layer-by-layer introduction of an anesthetic: into the preperitoneal space under visual laparoscopic control from the side of the abdominal cavity after removal of the trocar, at the stage of the exit of the needle from the abdominal wall between the sheets of aponeurosis and into the intermuscular space.
