| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Composition in the form of airgel microparticles based on chitosan, where the microparticles have a spherical shape with a specific surface area of 200-600 m2/g, porosity 96-99% and aerodynamic diameter of 40-100 μ m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the composition comprising (a) weighing portion of dry chitosan and dissolving in 0.1-1 M solution of acetic acid with continuous stirring, brought to a concentration of 1-5 wt.%, preparing a crosslinking agent solution in the form of a concentrated alkali solution of 0.1-4 M, using a spray nozzles spraying a solution of chitosan in acetic acid into a crosslinking agent solution in the form of fine droplets to form fine drops spray, keeping the gel microparticles formed as a result of spraying for at least 12 hours in a crosslinking agent solution, after which the repeatedly washing gel microparticles from the crosslinking agent solution using distilled water to achieve a neutral pH 7, then replacing the water with isopropyl alcohol in several stages, at each of which the concentration of isopropyl alcohol is gradually increased in steps of 30-50-70-90-99.8 wt.%, and, the last step is repeated twice and then supercritical drying is carried out for 6 hours at a pressure of 120-140 atm, 40° C and a carbon dioxide flow rate of 0.2 kg/h. |
