成果简介NOVELTY - Invention is intended to create pharmaceutical compositions based on protein aerogel. To obtain a protein aerogel, a dry protein sample is dissolved in deionized water and the solution is kept for 24 hours at a temperature of 5°C for complete dissolution of the protein. Then, with constant stirring, the solution is adjusted to pH=2–12 with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. Vegetable oil preheated in a water bath to 80°C is introduced into the resulting solution with vigorous stirring. After that, the formed gel particles are kept at room temperature, washed with distilled water, then with a water-alcohol solution in six stages, at each of which the gel particles are placed in a water-alcohol mixture with an exposure of two hours, and the alcohol concentration in the water-alcohol the mixture is increased sequentially at each stage with a step of 10–30–50–70–90–99.8 wt.%. The last stage is repeated twice, after which supercritical drying is carried out for 6 hours at a temperature of 40°C, pressure of 120 atm and carbon dioxide consumption of 0.2 kg/h. As a result, a protein aerogel is obtained in the form of particles ranging in size from 50 to 1,500 μm with a specific surface area of 60–500 m2/g and a porosity of 90–99%.
