成果简介	NOVELTY - The integrated plastic mulching paper laying machine, which is an implement cum machine that is operated by a tractor used for laying mulching paper on the planting bed(ridge) to get better crop yield and conserve moisture, has furrower (1) that penetrates and cuts the soil surface, shafts (3) for laying mulching paper, dripline holder (9) for drip lateral laying on the bed, a press wheel assembly (6) for compressing the paper on the soil, disc plates turning the soil over the mulching paper, and punching wheel (8) for making a hole for the desired distance. USE - Integrated plastic mulching paper laying machine for vegetable crops. ADVANTAGE - The machine does bund making (planting bed), drip laying, mulch laying, soil covering, and punching in a single pass, which reduces the time of operation and reduces the cost of production, and machine doesn't need any power source. The machine is designed to be compact with easy dismantling, assembling, and adjustable, consists of a simple dismantle and assemble frame structure with required adjustments. The machine has a simple frame structure, easy dismantling, and assembly, so it is easy to transport from one farm to another farm, and is easy for maintenance and service to perform with better efficiency.
