| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The thermal container has a frame (1), a cover (2) that is attached to the frame with hinges. A working chamber (3) is arranged while the frame and cover are a multilayer structure consisting of a carrier housing of the frame made of polypropylene. A heat-insulating layer is provided with a closed loop in the form of a vacuum panel (4) that is made of nanostructured silicon dioxide powder and packed in a polymer film. A protective membrane (5) is located on the inside of the working chamber and transported handles. The protective polymer membrane is made of polypropylene. USE - Thermal container with vacuum insulation. ADVANTAGE - The cost is reduced, manufacturability is improved, weight and size indicators are reduced and the thermostating time is increased to 10 days.
