The grooves are made for a cartridge divided into two portion for two different drugs with independent needles, a shutter with a spring, a handle, pistons and a spring retainer are located in the case in the cavity under. The grooves are provided in the shutter for fixing the cartridge to prevent rotation. The holes are configured for needles provided in the lid. The spring retainer is configured to release the spring pushing the cartridge to the top wall of the lid so that the needles pass through the holes in the lid and stick into the structure after which the pistons begin to compress the volume of the liquid.
