| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves determining size of a graft flap with a marking. Graft is cut out after preliminary local anesthesia. A material is applied to promote wound healing. The graft is collected after anesthesia and creation of a recipient area in an area of soft tissue plastic surgery. A hemostatic pad is applied to wound and impregnated with a solution of a mixture of salts of aluminum chloride hexahydrate and iron chloride hexahydrate. The hemostatic pad is pressed against hard palate. A protective mouth guard is made with a pressing protrusion according to the size and shape of the wound. Working surfaces of the pressing protrusion are made of transverse ledges along a longitudinal axis. The transverse ledges are notched and oriented along the longitudinal axis of a clamping protrusion and located at an equal distance from each other.
