成果简介NOVELTY - Invention is related in particular to experimental surgery, thoracic surgery, pulmonology, regenerative medicine. The experimental animal after being introduced into the state of intubation endotracheal gas anaesthesia and preparing the surgical field is subjected to surgical intervention. A lateral thoracotomy is performed in the lower chest. Then, above the access to 1 or 2 intercostal spaces from the outside of the chest wall, an atraumatic needle is injected with a non-absorbable 2/0 thread through the chest wall. The thread is pulled into the pleural cavity. After removing the needle from the pleural cavity, the implant is sutured. After dilution of the intercostal space, a stitched implant is inserted into the pleural cavity. The next puncture of the needle is performed from the inner surface of the chest wall, and the puncture is performed on the outer surface. Then, pulling both ends of the thread, the implant is pressed against the inner surface of the chest wall. The final fixation of the implant is performed by tying a knot on the outer surface of the chest wall. Next, a pericostal block suture is applied, which is tightened and tied after forced inflation and expansion of the lung. The soft tissues of the chest wall are sutured in layers. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method allows to obtain a new experimental model for the study of pleural implants, which most accurately reflects the mechanisms of interaction between the implant and the body under conditions of pleural implantation at different implantation periods and allows for comprehensive physical-mechanical, physico-chemical and morphological studies to assess the degree of biocompatibility and biosafety of pleural implants. 6 cl, 6 dwg, 1 ex
