| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention is related to a method for surgical treatment of proctological diseases accompanied by a spastic state of the anal sphincter. When performing the method, intraoperatively under anaesthesia for a given time, circular dilatation of the anal sphincter is carried out using a solid anal dilator. The expander of the dilator used consists of two halves of a cone, cut along a plane of symmetry from the top to the base. The halves of the dilator are connected using a primary strain gauge transducer in the form of a rectangular beam with strain gauges. One of the cone halves is made movable in the direction perpendicular to the cut plane. The dilator is smoothly inserted into the anus, with the apex of the cone forward, with a force of no more than two kilograms. The degree of impact of the anal dilator on the sphincter muscle fibres is monitored over a given period of time according to the readings on the display of the electronic indicator built into the base of the dilator cone. In this case, the indicator readings are proportional to the amount of sphincter pressure on the anal dilator. The pressure value is determined by changing the electrical signal when bending a rectangular beam with strain gauges connecting the two halves of the dilator expander. After obtaining the required pressure values on the display, the dilator is removed from the anus. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Intraoperative control and adjustment of the spasm elimination procedure is enabled, eliminating insufficient or excessive effects on the sphincter muscle fibres, reducing the operation time with increasing the technical level of the proctologist's instrumentation during operations for the treatment of anal fissures and anal sphincter spasm. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
