| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The machine has multiple press wheels i.e. outer wheels configured for pressing a mulch sheet coming from a laying rod over soil and used for providing firm support to a frame. A soil collector plate is configured to gather soil from the field and distribute the soil over the laid mulch paper. Multiple plates are connected to a handle to control a machine main body. A mulching roller rod is configured for holding the laying rod during laying process. Multiple supporting wheels i.e. inner wheels are configured for releasing air pockets. Duck foots are mounted on a front triangular main frame and configured for digging out the mulch paper. USE - Bull operated soil mulching machine. ADVANTAGE - The machine reduces human effort and process time required for laying mulching film on the preparatory bed and operates the machine without energy source for neglecting chance of pollution. The machine integrates laying and retrieval processes for reducing effort required for retrieving used mulching film.
