| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a sensor determining number of steps or revolutions made by an electric motor. An optical encoder comprises two source-receiver optical pairs and a reflective encoding disk or interrupt disk having a rotating drive shaft that defines an axis of rotation. The sensor determines resistance of liquid in the reservoir to movement of the piston. The sensor detects blockage of a line for dosing the liquid. The sensor determines electrical performance of the electric motor and an optical sensor of zero position of a piston rod. A drive shaft defines an axis of rotation that is coaxially aligned with axis of movement of the piston. A reduction or boost gearbox is connected to the drive shaft of the electric motor and located concentrically with respect to the electric motor. A control board stops the electric motor and switches the device to error mode, while determining fact of absence of liquid or blockage of the line due to data received from a set of sensors.
