| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a laser light source (2) connected through an optical fiber with wavelength of 635 nm for delivering laser radiation (3) to an input port of a beam-splitting unit (4) for containing an optical filter (7). An optical dichroic filter (8) separates an optical signal of transmitted exciting laser radiation and a received fluorescent signal of a photosensitizer. A collimator (10) is connected through the optical fiber for transmitting the fluorescence signal to an input of a spectrometer (12). A light guide (9) is formed with numerical aperture of 0.66 for delivering radiation and the fluorescence signal, where an input end of the light guide is connected to the input port for transmitting the fluorescence radiation to the beam splitter unit. A distal end of the light guide is designed with possibility of being fed to sensitized biological tissue (1). USE - Device for determining tumor localization of a patient using a spectral-fluorescent process. ADVANTAGE - The device minimizes invasiveness of impact on a patient's body and irradiates tumor cells with sufficient dose of radiation so as to achieve complete resorption of tumor tissue due to photodynamic effect. The device delivers the laser radiation to the tumor, uniformly distributes power density in an area of impact, ensures a transmission of the required dose of light energy in acceptable time under surgical conditions, allows intraoperative examination of soft tissues and hollow organs in vitro and in vivo and determines pathological tissue in hard-to-reach and deep-seated locations by fluorescence of a photosensitizer accumulated in the biological tissue. The device carries out photodynamic therapy and simultaneous control of photobleaching in an area of exposure to assess the photodynamic effect, reduces distance between a fiber end when using standard light guides and allows a transmission of laser radiation to deep-seated and hard-to-reach pathological tumor tissue so as to provide a wide irradiation area with shorter distance between the light guide and the biological tissue to the optical fibers.
