| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention is related to an auxiliary medical device (systems) for intra-arterial administration of medicinal suspensions or medical products used in form of suspensions into arterial vessels supplying blood to the area of effect, for example, a tumor or a focus of inflammation, while allowing the introduction of contrast substances without disconnecting the device from the installed arterial catheter. A device for intraarterial administration of suspensions and solutions that allows contrasting of the target artery includes a supply line equipped with a tee with a port for connecting a syringe, a needle assembly, and an outlet line with a three-way stopcock. The supply line is equipped with two unidirectional valves, between which there is a tee with a port for connecting a syringe. The device contains a container for releasing air or emergency drain, as well as a clamp installed in front of the container on the outlet line and a port with a valve for introducing a contrast agent. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Increase of safety of administering suspensions and solutions to the patient by implementing the device as the structural unity of all constituent elements, minimizing the residual risks of air embolism and providing additional possibility of contrasting the artery without disconnecting the arterial catheter or microcatheter from the device, as well as due to the possibility of discharging all or part of the suspension dose into the container in the event of an undesirable situation that makes it impossible to administer the suspension through the catheter. 5 cl, 4 dwg |
