成果简介NOVELTY - Intraoperative photodynamic therapy for locally advanced scalp cancer, comprises providing a single intravenous injection of a photosensitizer before surgical treatment and after removal of the drug, irradiating the tumor bed using a fiber-optic catheter with a microlens, where the laser radiation power at the catheter output is 1-2.5 W, laser power density of 0.08-0.28 W/cm2, and a wavelength of 662 nm, characterized in that 24 hours before surgery, giving the patient a single dose of the photosensitizer photosens, previously diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at a dosage of 0.5-0.8 mg/kg, as an intravenous drip infusion, and then performing a wide excision of the skin tumor with resections of the bones of the facial part of the skull when they are involved in the tumor process. USE - The method is useful for intraoperative photodynamic therapy for locally advanced scalp cancer. ADVANTAGE - None given.
