| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used to restore the conduction and trophic functions of damaged peripheral nerves of the upper and lower extremities in case of their closed injuries. The method includes placing an electrode on the epineurium of a peripheral nerve above the injury site within visually intact nervous tissue; the next day, by performing a puncture in the interspinous space at the level of Th2-Th3 vertebrae, an electrode is implanted into the epidural space of the spinal cord: in case of injuries of the upper limb with the positioning of the working end of the electrode in the projection of the level of the cervical enlargement; and at the level of L3-L4 vertebrae in case of damage to the lower limb with the positioning of the working end of the electrode in the projection of the level of the lumbar enlargement; electrical stimulation is performed 4 times a day for 30 minutes for 21 days alternately by levels: first, electrical stimulation of the segmental apparatus of the spinal cord, the next day, electrical stimulation of the damaged peripheral nerve.
