| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method for laser hardening of the cutting edge of a stainless steel tool involves setting the parameters of the tool and constructing the three-dimensional (3D) model, performing computer modeling of the process of laser hardening of the working surface of the tool, and assigning thermal action modes and the trajectory of movement of the laser beam along the non-hardened back side of the tool with parameters. A thermal laser action is performed on the non-hardened back surface with the selected modes and trajectory of the laser spot with simultaneous measurement of the deformation of the tool surface. The measured values of the tool deformation are compared with the values determined in the modeling process. The designated thermal action modes are adjusted in real time. The laser hardening of the working surface of the tool is performed, after which low-temperature tempering is performed to relieve stress.
