| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Laser hardening of cutting edge of stainless steel blade tool by carrying out trial operation of unhardened knife blade to regulate time of durability, checking magnitude and uniformity of wear of cutting edge along length of blade, in case of uniform wear, setting laser hardening modes with constant process parameters to ensure required constant values of hardness and depth of hardened layer, in case of uneven wear, determining amount of wear of cutting edge along length with given discreteness and determining corresponding analytical dependence, for slightly worn section of edge, setting first laser hardening mode with uniform movement of laser spot along heated surface, for section of intensive wear of edge, requiring higher hardness, setting second laser hardening mode with heating and cooling, checking specified heating modes by means of computer simulation modeling using three-dimensional model of tool blade and performing low-temperature tempering to relieve internal stress. USE - The method is useful for laser hardening of the cutting edge of a stainless steel blade tool. ADVANTAGE - None given. |
