| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a cylindrical drum optimized with 200 millimeter diameter and formed with six seed metering holes, where diameter of each seed metering hole is four or five millimeters. A seeder sows sprouted paddy seeds on a puddled field at 20 centimeter line spacing. A multi-crop seed drill unit sows multiple seeds by changing a seed opening plate depending on seed size and row to row distance. USE - System for fabricating an adjustable drum seeder for sowing seeds by farmers in a dry soil. Uses include but are not limited to sprouted paddy, wheat, maize, jute, pulses, oil seeds, groundnut, soybean, black gram, mung bean, lentil, mustard, and radish in a dry soil. ADVANTAGE - The system allows a seed sowing machine to sow seeds with proper quantity, distance and depth in a short period of time, improves seed sowing efficiency, reduces losses of seed and labor requirement to large scale, sows line sowing crops such as wheat, maize, paddy, jute, pulses and oil seeds to obtain higher yield and less cost, utilizes a mechanical component to perform uniform placement of line sowing seeds at proper depth with proper spacing, thus reducing time and cost of intercultural operation, ensures better germination effect, minimizes cost of paddy cultivation, satisfies working requirement of eight row paddy drum seeder, requires eighteen labors for a hectare per day, thus reducing drudgery of labors, and increases net profit per hectare by avoiding nursery raising due to reduction in cost of transplanting.
