| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used for surgical treatment of full thickness macular hole. For this purpose perform subtotal vitrectomy and membrane piling. Mobilize the edges of the hole using passive aspiration with radial movements from periphery to center within the macula. Apply perfluoroorganic compound (PFOC) to the hole area and inject autologous conditioned plasma (ACP) or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the hole area. Then, remove excess ACP or PRP with guidance of optical coherence tomography until the edges of the hole are completely brought together. USE - Medicine; ophthalmology. ADVANTAGE - Invention provides complete controlled closure of a macular hole without clot formation and subsequent disruption of the retinal layers architectonics with the smallest possible defect of the photoreceptor layer, reduces risk of postoperative complications and surgical retreatment. 1 cl, 4 ex |
