成果简介NOVELTY - Production of an alkyd resin involves loading 58-68 wt.% fatty acids of linseed oil, 12-15 wt.% polyol, 18-23 wt.% modifying additive, and 10-15 wt.% dibasic acid into a reactor, heating the resulting reaction mass, stirring the reaction mass while simultaneously purging with nitrogen, heating the reaction mass to 165± 170° C, maintaining, upon reaching the specified temperature, the reaction mass at this temperature for about 2 hours, increasing the reaction temperature to 185± 195° C and maintaining upon reaching the specified temperature for about one and a half hours, heating the temperature of the reaction mass to 215± 220° C, and maintaining at this temperature for about two and a half hours. While at the stages of heating the reaction mass to a temperature of 165± 170° C and higher, and when maintaining the reaction mass at all temperature conditions, the reaction mass is simultaneously stirred and purged with nitrogen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of an alkyd-resin-based paint and varnish binder, which involves adding a rosin, a fusible wax, an anionic surfactant (secondary alkane sulfonate, SAS), and a solvent as components to the synthesized alkyd resin, and heating the resulting loaded reaction mass from the synthesized alkyd resin and the components added to it, stirring the reaction mass with simultaneous nitrogen purging, heating the reaction mass to 150-155° C, maintaining the reaction mass upon reaching the specified temperature parameters at this temperature for 60 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The alkyd-resin-based paint and varnish binder comprises 66-73 wt.% synthesized alkyd resin, 17-20 wt.% rosin, 3-6 wt.% fusible wax, 1-3 wt.% anionic surfactant, and 2-7 wt.% solvent. While heating the reaction mass to 150-155° C and maintaining the reaction mass at this temperature for 60 minutes, the reaction mass is simultaneously stirred and purged with nitrogen.
