成果简介NOVELTY - A combustion chamber with a multilayer coating applied to its inner surface comprises a sublayer of a nickel-cobalt-chromium-aluminum-yttrium alloy and a ceramic layer of a zirconium dioxide-based material, an upper ceramic layer made of gadolinium-zirconium oxide (a) with 20-50 μ m thickness and roughness (Ra) of 4-5 μ m, and an intermediate ceramic layer based on zirconium dioxide is made of zirconium dioxide-dysprosium trioxide having thickness of 200-250 μ m with a roughness (Ra) of 5.5-7 μ m. The sublayer has thickness of 150-200 μ m with a roughness (Ra) of 5-6 μ m. USE - Combustion chamber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A combustion chamber with a multilayer coating applied to its inner surface comprises a sublayer of a nickel-cobalt-chromium-aluminum-yttrium (NiCoCrAlY) alloy and a ceramic layer of a zirconium dioxide-based material, an upper ceramic layer made of gadolinium-zirconium oxide of formula: Gd2Zr2O7(a) with 20-50 μ m thickness and roughness (Ra) of 4-5 μ m, and an intermediate ceramic layer based on zirconium dioxide is made of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2)-dysprosium trioxide (Dy2O3) having thickness of 200-250 μ m with a roughness (Ra) of 5.5-7 μ m. The sublayer has thickness of 150-200 μ m with a roughness (Ra) of 5-6 μ m.
