| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Manual stand-alone two-component bioprinting device for treating wound surfaces and a method for applying a coating to a wound surface. Manual stand-alone device for two-component bioprinting for the treatment of wound surfaces, containing a housing. The housing includes syringe holders configured to receive and hold two syringes, one of which contains a suspension of cellular material, and the other contains a solution of a biocompatible monomer. The housing has a battery compartment with a power supply and a control system. The housing contains an electromechanical module, consisting of two drives, made with the possibility of adjusting the speed of the syringes and the operation of the switch of the electromechanical module. The housing includes an electric ultrasonic module consisting of a piezoelectric transmitter, which is fixed on a metal substrate in a damping layer of viscoelastic silicone, a feeder made of a fibrous bound material and configured to supply a crosslinking agent to the rear side of the piezoelectric transmitter facing the feeder, and a focusing nozzle made with the possibility of focusing the aerosol jet of the crosslinking agent. The housing has a print head, including three nozzles, in which the first nozzle of the print head is configured to supply a suspension of cellular material, the second nozzle of the print head is configured to supply a biocompatible monomer solution, and the third nozzle is configured to supply an aerosol jet to the wound area providing crosslinking of materials. The method includes installing a syringe with a suspension of cellular material and a syringe with a solution of a biocompatible monomer into the syringe holders; filling the device with a crosslinking agent; turning on the device and activating the electromechanical and electric ultrasonic module; directing an aerosol jet of a cross-linking agent to the wound surface with simultaneous supply of a biocompatible monomer and cellular material to the aerosol focus area using a print head consisting of three nozzles; the formation of a cross-linked biomaterial on the wound surface. USE - Medical equipment. ADVANTAGE - Creation of a manual mobile stand-alone device for two-component bioprinting of a simple design for the treatment of wound surfaces, which accurately regulates the rate of supply of two liquid-phase materials to the wound area; also, the technical result is the creation of a method for treating wound surfaces, which makes it possible to create a coating on the wound surface, which ensures the prevention of bacterial infection from entering the wound and creates favorable conditions for its accelerated healing. 28 cl, 8 dwg |
