USE - The stimulator is useful for stimulating plant growth and development (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Plant growth and development stimulator comprises a colloidal silver solution, and polyhexamethylene biguanide or polyhexamethylene guanidine, at least one salt of polyhexamethylene biguanide or polyhexamethylene guanidine, polyvinylpyrrolidone, or carboxymethylcellulose. The stimulator further comprises at least one amphoteric surfactant chosen from N-(2-ethylhexyl)-iminodipropionic acid and its salt, N-octyliminodipropionic acid and its salt, N-tallow alkyliminodipropionic acid and its salt, N-cocoalkyliminodipropionic acid and its salt, N-cocoalkylaminopropionic acid and its salt, and aminocarboxylic acid of formula: R(OCH2CH2) p[N((CH2) aCOOH)(CH2) b] nNH(2-m)((CH2)cCOOH)m(I) and its salt. R=cocoalkyl or tallowalkyl; a,c=1 or 2; b=2 or 3; m=2; n=1-10;and p=0 or 7-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for stimulating plant growth and development, which involves treating plant seeds or vegetative plants with a solution of the plant growth and development stimulator.
