| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves checking grains and deformation degree and filling a V-shaped aluminum water bath tray. The aluminum tray is kept inside the tank. A deformed propellant grain is placed on the aluminum tray followed by application of steam. Grains are kept for 15-20 minutes in hot water. An aluminum rod is inserted in the hole of the propellant grain. The propellant is removed out with the help of inserted rod. The hot propellant grain is kept over the laminated tray. A screw of a sun mica tray assembly is tightened USE - Method for straightening deformed double base propellant grain on a sun mica tray that is utilized by a state defence e.g. Indian Navy and infantry, during firing of an ammunition. ADVANTAGE - The method enables maintaining load-ability of the individual propellant grain during firing of an ammunition.
