成果简介	NOVELTY - Assembling a monolithic column of steel pipes using an orbital laser welding system, comprises implementing mechanical contact at the end of pipes that are welded by axially aligning them, where lower pipe is fixed by a wellhead grip in borehole and is stationary and has free end, and upper pipe is brought to lower pipe from above to perform laser welding, and a bringing template on the cable in the form of an upper pipe in form of a branch pipe, before installing upper pipe for orbital laser welding with apparatus freely suspended on cable at point, where axis passes through its center of gravity, and bringing upper pipe to lower one, instead of upper one, where the landing dimensions of which are identical to dimensions of pipes that are welded, and which is equipped with stop, which allows to automatically fix lower edge of template at a level that coincides with required accuracy with known level of passage of laser beam, when clamping template with upper grip of orbital system. USE - The method is useful for assembling a monolithic column of steel pipes using an orbital laser welding system. ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a laser apparatus for the installation by welding of a monolithic column of steel pipes as part of an orbital laser system.
