成果简介NOVELTY - Determining the oxygen activity of molten metal in the bath of an electric arc steel-making furnace using a calculation based on a mathematical model, using the technological parameters of the smelting process, comprises determining the amount of oxygen from the start of smelting to refining, the gas consumption from the start of smelting by a refining combination burner, and the amount of heat absorbed by the cooling water, calculating oxygen consumption from the beginning of the melting by the refining combination burner for melting, and calculating the oxygen activity of the molten metal in the bath using the formula as given in the equations of the specification. USE - The method is useful for determining the oxygen activity of molten metal in the bath of an electric arc steel-making furnace using a calculation based on a mathematical model, using the technological parameters of the smelting process.
