成果简介NOVELTY - Reducing method for producing rare earth metal carboboride, involves forming an initial blank using metal oxide powder, carbon and boron based on stoichiometric weight, and annealing the initial blank 3 times in a vacuum, in which the initial blank is annealed first time at 50-100° C which is less than the melting point of the corresponding metal for 1.5 hours, and annealed twice at 50-100° C which is less than the melting point of the corresponding metal for 15-20 minutes. The blank is cooled, ground and pressed into billets, between the annealing process. USE - Reducing method for producing rare earth metal carboboride.
