成果简介	NOVELTY - The method involves performing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in a veno-arterial mode. The puncture or open cannulation of the femoral vein or other main vein is performed with a 12-15 Fr cannula and puncture of the artery of the damaged limb in an area of rupture or distal to a rupture site retrogradely through open or puncture access according to the Seldinger method with a 6-10 Fr cannula. A perfusion circuit is connected. An oxygenator to which a source of 100% oxygen is connected and a portable extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) device, a perfusion chamber with a drain hole and a reservoir for perfusate. The oxygenated blood is returned through a 6-10 Fr cannula. The spent perfusate is drained through the drain hole of the perfusion chamber into the reservoir through a connecting tube from where the spent perfusate is directed through the connecting tube connected to a main circuit with a Y-connector into the oxygenator and returned to a perfused limb.
